Plot:
In the future, a Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (VRMMORPG) named "Sword Art Online" has been released. With the use of the "Nerve Gear" the players where able to control their avatars with their own bodies. But one day, the players have discovered that they cannot log out as Kayaba Akihiko, the "Game Master" is holding them captive. The only way to log out of the game is to reach the 100th floor and defeat the Final Boss. However if they will die in the game, they will also die in real life.

The story is about online games which I find great because I am fan and a gamer. Being trap into a deadly game where dying in-game will kill you in real life is one of the greatest plot I have ever seen. While watching the anime, it gives you the feeling that you wanted to be in it. You want to experience being trap in-game and clear it with your allies. The story shows the true meaning of friendship, being able to protect everyone including those who you don't know. It shows the importance of life and how we should live meaningfully. The characters of the story, especially the protagonist "Kirigaya Kazuto" or "Kirito" for short, have changed their views about life and that they should cherish it. Since the series is still on-going I can't judge it yet but I am looking forward to it because it is one of the best anime I have ever watched.
